Eligibility
Applicants must:
Be currently enrolled or accepted to attend an accredited dental
hygiene program in the United States
Be enrolled in either an associate or bachelor’s dental hygiene
program
Have completed at least one semester by the time funds are awarded
Submit proof of enrollment before funds are released
One grand-prize recipient will receive a $2,500 scholarship. Two
runner-up recipients will each receive a $500 student support award.
Applicants will complete a short application and answer a written
prompt about why they chose dental hygiene and how they hope to make
a difference for their future patients, community, or profession.
Applications will be reviewed by a panel of registered dental
hygienists. Applicant names and identifying information may be
removed during the review process to help keep judging fair.
